BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Felix Ariyo is a seasoned civil servant with an extensive career in public service. He has served in several high-profile roles, including as a Special Advisor to the Government and Head of Civil Service in Katsina State. Mr. Ariyo’s distinguished service includes positions at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation, before retiring from active service in 2004.
Beyond his governmental contributions, Mr. Ariyo has held significant leadership roles in the private and academic sectors. He has served as Chairman of Highland Tea in Gembu and as a member of the Governing Council for both Nigerian Theatre Lagos and the Nigeria Agricultural and Extension Services at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was also a member of the National Conference in 2014.
Additionally, Felix Ariyo, who holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA, is part of this esteemed group. Mr. Felix Ariyo currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baure Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Mr. Omotola Dosunmu holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Studies from the Federal University of Technology, Yola (FUTY). He also earned both his National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the renowned Kaduna Polytechnic.
He is a seasoned professional accountant, certified by the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), and has been a Certified National Accountant (CNA) since 1998. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the profession, he was awarded the Fellowship of ANAN and is designated as a Fellow, Certified National Accountant (FCNA).
He is a retired civil servant with the Katsina State Government, having exited the service on October 10, 2020, upon reaching the statutory retirement age of sixty. During his distinguished career, he held various key positions and rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy Permanent Secretary, a promotion earned through diligence, professionalism, and commitment to duty.
Dr. Selinat Ibrahim holds a Master’s degree in Theology from the Christian Theological Seminary, Central Christian University, U.S.A, and a Diploma in Banking and Finance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is an accomplished career professional in the banking sector with over 30 years of industry experience.
She began her career at United Bank for Africa (UBA), where she rose through the ranks from Branch Supervisor to the position of Senior Manager. She later served as Regional Director at Integrated Microfinance Bank, overseeing operations across Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe, and Borno States.
Her public service record includes her appointment as Special Adviser on Internally Generated Revenue to His Excellency, Hon. Ahmadu Fintiri, and as Commissioner for Women Affairs under the administration of Hon. Barr. Bala Ngilari.
Mrs. Olusanya-David has received multiple awards and recognitions from reputable organizations, in acknowledgment of her dedication and impact in both public service and community development. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Baure Microfinance Bank Nigeria Ltd.
